John and Francesca Vrattos are the founders of the Vrattos Literary Agency. Francesca's background includes co-founding Writers' Showplace Inc., a literary referral agency from 1998-2003, The Writer's Guide.Com, and working as the assistant to the Western Regional Vice President of Penguin Putnam, Inc.

John has over ten years' experience in contract negotiations. He has recently coauthored a cookbook that is due to be published by Square One in the spring of 2004, and another in the planning stage. John was also recently awarded the prestigious Antonin Careme Medal.
